comfortable stay but not for light sleepers

The room was soundproof, great for a quiet environment despite the city buzz. I appreciated the comfortable bed, which led to a restful night's sleep. The city view from the window was fine and added a lovely touch to my stay.

Location near easy access to transportation and Bogota and the airport. Reasonably spacious room and bathroom with a walk-in shower. Quiet atmosphere within the hotel, very very nice staff...

This was a practical location close enough to the airport or salitre bus station, and grocery stores. Liked our rooms with hot tub.

Security features, proximity to attractions

The family room felt more like a cramped box lacking adequate ventilation!!! A tiny window did nothing to alleviate the stifling heat, and the constant noise from the surroundings was a definite drawback!!! Improvements in room layout and amenities could greatly enhance comfort.

The breakfast was delicious, with great variety, and the room was spacious enough for my family. The staff were great too help us find fun local attractions, which the teens enjoyed.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly dining options.

We explored museums and local markets nearby. The staff was friendly and always helpful. Just a heads-up, the rooms can get pretty warm without proper air circulation, so consider bringing a fan if you plan on staying in the summer.

Woke up to a sunrise that painted the landscape. Staff went out of their way to assist us. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
